How it works on the day
The artist arrives before the guests, sets up an easel or a small table with two chairs, and starts drawing when the party gets going. How long to book
At about 3 to 5 minutes per drawing, two hours covers most home parties of 25 to 40 guests. For a bigger party, book more time or a second artist so the queue stays short. For children, we can suggest a time slot that fits around the cake, the games and the entertainment you already have planned.
A name or a theme on every drawing
The birthday name, the date, a short message or the party theme can be added to each sheet, so the drawing works as a party favour. Ask for colour caricatures if you want a bright look for a children's party, or for digital caricatures printed on the spot.
Space at home or at a venue
A villa living room, a garden, a restaurant private room or a hotel function room all work. Indoors is easiest. In a garden, choose a shaded spot out of the wind, and plan good light for an evening party.
